Your trip begins early from Shimla as we head deep into Himachal. En route, stop at the famous Bhimakali Temple in Sarahan, a beautiful blend of Kinnauri and Tibetan architecture. From there, continue the scenic drive along the Sutlej River toward Sangla Valley, where tall pine forests and peaceful rivers welcome you.

After breakfast, visit the charming villages of Sangla and Kamru, followed by a drive to Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border. Take a slow walk by the river, interact with the locals, and enjoy a hot plate of maggi with unbeatable mountain views.

Today’s drive to Kalpa is shorter but full of views. On reaching Kalpa, you’ll be greeted by the mighty Kinner Kailash peaks. Visit the Suicide Point, Roghi Village, and Kalpa Monastery. As the sun sets, watch the golden light fall over the snow-covered mountains — it’s a moment to remember.

Leave Kalpa after breakfast and drive back toward Narkanda, a beautiful pine-covered town near Shimla. If time permits, you can visit Hatu Peak for panoramic views or take a relaxing walk through the woods.
